At Designasection, we take pride in the quality of our handmade greeting cards and printed materials. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility
You may return most items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as received
- Handmade greeting cards must be in their original packaging
- Wrapping materials must be unopened and undamaged
- You must provide proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized greeting cards made to your specifications
- Digital downloads and printable gift tag templates
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Opened or used wrapping materials
How to Return
To initiate a return of your handmade greeting cards or printed materials:
- Contact us at cooperation@designasection.world within 30 days of receipt
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return authorization and instructions
- Pack items securely in original packaging when possible
- Ship to the address provided in your return authorization
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs depend on the reason for return:
- If we made an error or the item is defective, we cover return shipping
- For other returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned items:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made an error
- It may take additional time for your bank to process the refund
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for handmade greeting cards and wrapping materials:
- Contact us to arrange an exchange
- Items must meet return eligibility requirements
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- We will ship the replacement item once we receive your return
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective handmade greeting cards or printed materials:
- Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund
- We cover all shipping costs for damaged or defective items
- Please retain all packaging until the issue is resolved
Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item:
- Contact us within 7 days of receipt
- We will send the correct item at no additional charge
- We will provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item
- No refund will be issued until we receive the incorrect item
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company, as processing may take time
- Contact your bank, as there may be processing delays
- If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us
Cancellations
You may cancel your order of handmade greeting cards or printed materials:
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement
- Contact us immediately to request cancellation
- Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled
- Custom orders cannot be cancelled once approved
